Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask me to delete everything I hold about you, at any time, for any reason, and you don't need to give one. It's free, and I'll confirm in writing when it's done.
What data this covers
If you have messaged my Instagram professional account or Facebook Page, commented on my posts, or sent an enquiry, I may hold:
- Your name and platform username
- Your platform user ID (a code identifying you to my account only)
- Your email address and phone number, if you gave them
- Your business name, what you sell, your stated needs, budget and timeline
- The text of our conversation and any comments you left
- My own notes about the enquiry
How to request deletion
Use whichever of these three is easiest. They all get to the same place.
1. Message me on the platform
Send DELETE as a direct message from the same Instagram or Facebook account you used before. That's the fastest route, because it proves the account is yours automatically.
If you also want the automated messages to stop right now, send STOP — it takes effect immediately.
2. Email me
Write to premkumarragav@gmail.com with the subject line Data deletion request.
Include the Instagram handle, Facebook name, or email address you used, so I can find the right record. Without one of these I may not be able to identify your data.
What happens, and when
| Step | Timeline |
|---|---|
| I acknowledge your request | Within 3 working days |
| I may ask one question to verify you control the account | Only if the request didn't come from that account or the email on file |
| Your record is deleted | Within 30 days of the request |
| I confirm deletion in writing | Same day as deletion |
What gets deleted
- Your name, email, phone number and business details
- Your enquiry record and all my notes on it
- Our stored conversation history
- The AI assistant's memory of our conversation
- Copies held by my service providers, who I instruct to delete them too
What I may have to keep, and why
I'll be straight with you about the exceptions, because a policy claiming to delete absolutely everything wouldn't be truthful.
| What's kept | Why |
|---|---|
| Your platform user ID plus an "opted out" flag — nothing else | So I can keep honouring your request never to be contacted again. Without it, I couldn't reliably guarantee that. |
| Invoices and financial records, if you were a paying client | Indian tax law requires these to be retained |
| Records subject to an active legal claim | Legally required to preserve until resolved |
If you'd rather the opt-out flag were also deleted, say so and I'll remove it — but then I can't promise you won't be contacted again in future.
Data held by Instagram and Facebook themselves
The copy of our conversation inside the Instagram or Facebook app is controlled by Meta, not by me — deleting my records doesn't remove it from their systems. To handle that side:
- Delete the conversation in the app
- Use Meta's own tools at accountscenter.instagram.com or accountscenter.facebook.com
- You can also remove my app's access under Settings → Apps and Websites
If you're not happy with my response
Email me first — most things I can fix the same day. If that doesn't resolve it, you can escalate to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, or to your own national data protection authority if you're in the EU or UK.
